Soles - The soles are soft - a man made composite is used as standard, very soft so as not to deter from the natural feel of the sheepskin.
Cleaning- may be machine washed, using non biological washing powder. Dry naturally.
You will need to allow a larger size than you would normally buy, as the Sheepskin itself is thick and abundant.
