We make our traditional slippers and rugs on the premises, UK customers will usually receive their
orders within 5 working days - international customers please contact us
and we will advise.
UK/ EU parcels are sent recorded delivery, or
by courier.
International parcels are charged
postage @cost, you will be informed if the total cost is higher than
originally estimated, prior to shipping. Outside the EU, Goods are sent D
D U, recipient is liable for local taxes. USA customers are
not charged import duty on items less than
$200.
We have found that our customers like to
discuss their orders with us, please email or telephone and we can let you
know availability, postage times etc. We can
take credit card orders on the telephone, or you can send a cheque.
Refunds policy - If you are not satisfied
with your order, or the items are the wrong size, please contact us by
telephone or email. We can organise a replacement or a refund, provided
the goods are returned immediately in pristine condition.
