We make our traditional range slippers and rugs on the premises, UK customers will usually receive their
orders within 5 working days - international customers please contact us
and we will advise.
If we are very busy,
please be patient!! we are stitching as fast as we can! January /
February 2009 -
we are running a bit late at the moment due to overwhelming amount of
orders - about 2 weeks.
We
can usually send within a few days to one week, depending if we have the
stock available, special orders may take a little longer. If you require
your item urgently and would like a next day delivery, please indicate
on the comments box and we will charge you accordingly, usually it is
just a couple of £'s more, but once again, it depends on the weight etc.
UK/ EU parcels are sent recorded delivery, or
by courier.
International parcels are charged
postage @cost, you will be informed if the total cost is higher than
originally estimated, prior to shipping. Outside the EU, Goods are sent D
D U, recipient is liable for local taxes. USA customers are
not charged import duty on items less than
$200.
We have found that our customers like to
discuss their orders with us, please email or telephone and we can let you
know availability, postage times etc. We can
take credit card orders on the telephone, or you can send a cheque.
Refunds policy -
If you are not satisfied
with your order, or the items are the wrong size, please send the item
back in the original packaging and we can organise a change of size or a
refund, provided
the goods are returned immediately in pristine condition. We do not refund
postage
Christmas orders
needing to be returned, should be sent back to us by the end of
January. Please put a note inside to tell us your query and what size
you wish us to send to you as a replacement. We do not refund postage
unless the goods are faulty.
